We don’t ever look forward to the 100+ degree heat in Las Vegas in June, but we do look forward to looking our best when it comes to the InfoComm Show and 2014 was no exception.

We braved the heat starting on June 12th and 6 days later we were ready to show off, new products, new technology and our favorite Indy Car driver – Helio Castroneves.



This year our 1600 square foot booth was packed with customers old and new, press people and several end users all coming to see what Hitachi has in store for the coming year.

The buzz was still about the newest model added to the Professional series – the CP-WU13K.  It had center stage in the booth, projecting onto a 200′ diagonal screen on the back wall.

We were also showing our newest Interactive and Ultra Short Throw models, along with new technology in the form of a laser light projector and a new 1080p Full HD models, which was set up with connection to a broadcast camera from Hitachi Kokusai Electric Ameria, Inc.

Day Two in the booth was crazy busy as we prepared for our afternoon mixer.  This year we had some fun with Team Penske’s Helio Castroneves.  He spent some time talking to the group assembled, learning about our products, and taking pictures with our invited guests.   We had a fabulous time and so did Helio!
